£34,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus between £5,000 - £9,000Working Pattern:

40 hours per week, 5 over 7- 9am to 5.30pm or 10am to 6pm based on site at RSA House. This is a hands-on, client-facing position responsible for the end-to-end management of weddings and private events at RSA House, from first enquiry to successful delivery on the day. You will be the main point of contact for wedding couples throughout their planning journey, supported by our operational teams on the day.The role includes

Driving wedding and private event sales to achieve and grow the current revenue target .Handling all aspects of planning and delivery, including site visits, contracting, tastings, timelines, and event-day managementMaintaining high levels of service and detail, ensuring every couple receives a personalised experienceManaging and developing relationships with couples, clients, suppliers, agents and venue teamsKey Responsibilities

Convert enquiries into bookings, delivering a seamless planning experienceConduct show rounds, tastings and pre-event meetingsProduce accurate quotes, contracts, event sheets and invoicesIdentify and promote off-peak dates to drive bookingsEnsure all communication, systems and documentation are accurate and up to dateLead on planning and delivering weddings on the day in collaboration with operationsMarketing SupportMaintain and update RSA House profiles on key third-party wedding platformsProvide content support for the @RSAWeddings InstagramOrganise and host the bi-annual wedding showcaseLiaise with the marketing team on campaign content, trends and market insightsBuild strong, lasting relationships with clients and suppliersRepresent RSA House at tastings, client meetings, and industry eventsNegotiate and maintain preferred supplier agreementsThe Ideal Candidate

You’ll be an experienced, creative and passionate wedding professional with a proven track record of planning and delivering weddings in a venue, agency or hospitality setting.You are:Warm, approachable, and emotionally intelligentImpeccably organised, with excellent attention to detailConfident working independently and with multiple stakeholdersFlexible and willing to work evenings and weekendsHighly competent with Microsoft Office and event systems (e.g., Rendezvous)Minimum of 1 year experience with weddingsWhat\''s in it for you?
