Website Manager

In this role working closely with a range of internal stakeholders, you''ll oversee the day-to-day management and ongoing development of the website, using data and insight to optimise performance, improve user journeys and ensure content remains accessible, engaging and up to date.In the Website Manager role, you will be responsible for: Managing and developing the organisation''s website, ensuring it remains user-friendly, accessible and aligned with best practice.Overseeing website content, reviewing updates and supporting colleagues with the Content Management System (CMS).Improving digital journeys and landing pages to increase engagement and conversion through data-led decision making.Monitoring website performance using analytics tools and providing recommendations for ongoing improvements.Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, Welsh Language requirements and SEO best practices.Creating guidance, documentation and delivering training to support colleagues using the website.
