Key Responsibilities:Website and Digital ExperienceManage the day-to-day performance, functionality and optimisation of 7 global websites.Improve user journeys, navigation and on-site search to maximise engagement and conversion.Monitor website health, troubleshoot issues and liaise with development teams to implement improvements.Track and report on website performance, conversions and customer engagement metrics.SEO and AI Search OptimisationOwn and deliver the organisation''s organic search strategy across technical SEO, on-page SEO and content optimisation.Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities across core sectors and audiences.Perform regular technical audits covering crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data and site architecture.Develop and implement strategies to improve visibility within AI search experiences, including AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity.Increase brand citations and authority within Large Language Models ..... full job details .....
