You will play a key role in building clearer, more proactive insight across sales and marketing performance, helping stakeholders move from reactive reporting to automated, actionable intelligence.The Company They are a fast-paced business operating across retail and small business markets, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. The team is evolving its analytics capability to better understand customer behaviour, campaign performance, and sales trends. They are investing in improved tooling, automation, and insight generation to support commercial growth. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.The Role and DeliverablesAnalyse sales and marketing performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimisationDevelop a structured approach to monitoring performance, including flagging unusual patterns in product salesInvestigate root causes of performance changes across traffic, conversion, and acquisition channelsTranslate data findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholdersSupport the move from manual reporting towards more automated analytics workflowsCollaborate with internal teams to improve tracking, reporting processes, and data usageYour Skills and ..... full job details .....
