Web Developer and UX Designer

ICONICS is seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer and UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving user experiences for our web-based applications and websites. You will work closely with our marketing and IT teams to create user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional digital experiences.Key Responsibilities

User Research and Analysis

Identify user needs and objectives through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.Create user personas, user journeys, and storyboards to illustrate and inform design decisions.Design and Prototyping

Develop wireframes and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.Design user interfaces for web applications and websites, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and easy to use.Create interactive prototypes to test design concepts and gather feedback.Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with user experience best practices.Collaborate with marketing and content writers to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.Usability and Accessibility

Ensure designs meet usability standards and are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve designs.Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.Project Management

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.Maintain design documentation and project files.Provide design support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Experience with digital marketing, preferably within a multi-national SaaS or technology company.Strong portfolio showcasing web design and UX projects.Technical Skills

Experience with content management systems (Kentico is a plus).Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar.Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (or a comparable Marketing Automation platform) and Salesforce preferred.Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.Superb organizational, time management, and communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail.Location(s): Foxboro, MA, USA; Dudley, UK; Pilsen, Czech ..... full job details .....
