Web Developer Part-time: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.30am 2.30pm, including a 30-minute lunch break Hybrid: at least one day per week in the Witney office; Monday is the team s core office day Salary: £27,000 per annum (£45,000 full-time equivalent), plus a performance incentive plan Applicants must be able to work in the UK without visa sponsorship Our client Our client is a marketing agency working with ambitious entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and growing SMEs. They act as an extension of their clients teams, and often as their entire marketing team, using digital marketing, automation and AI to help businesses grow. They are expanding their in-house team and looking for a Web Developer to take ownership of the websites that support their clients marketing activity. The role You will build, maintain and improve WordPress websites across a portfolio of clients. Working closely with the Agency Director, SEO Specialist and Paid Media Specialist, you will make sure sites are fast, reliable, accessible and effective at generating enquiries. You will also have the opportunity to work on the agency s own tools, automations and AI projects. This is a hands-on role in a small team, so you will need to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients, including by phone or video call.
