Web and eCommerce Executive 25,000 - 30,000 Willenhall Hybrid 3 days in the officeWe''re looking for a Web and eCommerce Executive to join a growing digital team in a varied role covering both eCommerce operations and website/content management. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years'' experience in an office environment, including recent graduates, who is organised, confident speaking to people and comfortable using SaaS or digital systems. You don''t need specific eCommerce experience. What''s important is that you''re tech-savvy, accurate, organised and customer-focused, with the confidence to troubleshoot problems and support colleagues across the business.What will you be doing?The role has two key areas: 1. Supporting stores with home shopping operations You''ll be the point of contact for stores when they need help with day-to-day home shopping issues, providing support over the phone and via email. This will include:Helping stores resolve operational issues with home shoppingManaging refund and order disputesSupporting with failed orders and cancellationsHelping with login, device and app-related issuesResponding to queries and troubleshooting problemsWorking with external delivery partners to resolve issuesMonitoring store status, opening hours and other platform information2.
