Overview

Be the first point of contact for recruitment, fostering strong internal and external relationships. Manage the functional inbox and provide lifecycle process support. Share Schindler UK/Ireland''s job openings across platforms including internal ATS (SuccessFactors), LinkedIn, job boards, external partners, and social media to attract diverse talent. Coordinate interview schedules by liaising with hiring managers and candidates. Collect and compile interview feedback. Track all recruitment activities using the local functional tracker. Generate recruitment and ad hoc reports. Assist in gathering and organising offer approval documentation. Prepare offer letters and contracts in collaboration with HR specialists when necessary. Participate in ad hoc recruitment and HR projects as needed. Continuously seek efficiencies and improvements in processes and employee lifecycle administration.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or administration.Broad recruitment expertise across the recruitment lifecycle is desirable.A proactive, hands-on approach with strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.Proficiency in IT with the ability to quickly learn new systems.A positive, reliable, and supportive team player.Results-oriented and customer-focused.A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to enhance processes or ways of working.Natural gravitas to influence and drive results.
