We are recruiting in the Yorkshire region for a knowledgeable Water Treatment Equipment Engineer, who has extensive knowledge and self-sufficient attitude. You will be joining a respected name within the Water Treatment industry, who hold a presence across the UK and diverse client portfolio. Applicants must hold extensive experience with the installations, commissioning and servicing of water treatment equipment systems and components. Experience / Qualifications:
- -Strong experience working as a Water Treatment Equipment Engineer
- -Flexible to travel in line with company needs
- -Ideally will have some experience / qualifications within electrical / mechanical fields
- -Excellent technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274 legislation
- -Confident working independently on site
- -Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:
- -Installing and commissioning water softeners, CDI, reverse osmosis, UV filtration and demineralisation units
- -Identifying faults on systems / components and making recommendations for repairs
- -Carrying out preventative servicing on systems
- -Performing repairs / replacements where necessary
- -Calibrating equipment
- -Upselling services to clients
- -Producing detailed service reports
- -Providing updates and technical advice to clients
- -Working across a varied portfolio of client sites, including: industrial, commercial, manufacturing and public sector
