Job Title: Water Treatment Equipment Engineer

Location: Sunderland, Tyne and Wear

Salary/Benefits: -30k - -45k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a Water Treatment Equipment Engineer, to cover nationwide commercial, pharmaceutical and industrial contracts. Ideally candidates will hold an electrical / mechanical background and must be well-versed in industry technical guidelines. You will be joining -a respected and industry-leading name within the Water Treatment industry, who have a busy and growing client base. Experience / Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Water Treatment Equipment Engineer
• Ideally will hold electrical / mechanical training / qualifications
• Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Adaptable to client travel needs
• Good communication skills
• Strong literacy and numeracy skill level

The Role:

• Attending client sites to conduct installations, servicing and repairs on water treatment equipment, including: ROs, water softeners, UV filtration and demineralisation units
• Decommissioning equipment / systems
• Diagnosing faults and making recommendations for repairs / replacements
• Calibrating equipment
• Quoting for works
• Creating RAMS
• Producing regular technical reports
• Working across a range of healthcare, commercial, industrial and manufacturing premises
