Job Title: Water Treatment Administrator / Scheduler

Location: Eccles, Manchester

Salary/Benefits: -25k - -32k DOE + Training & Benefits

Our client is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Water Treatment Scheduler who can hit the ground running based in Manchester. Applicants will need experience scheduling and booking work for engineers and site staff with liaising with clients, checking reports and carrying out various administrative duties. This company can offer extensive benefits such as generous salaries for someone keen and experienced with optional overtime. They will also include a laptop and ad hoc days from home for a diligent scheduler.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Exceptional knowledge of water hygiene duties
• A strong working history as a Water Hygiene Administrator
• Experienced scheduling engineers
• Competent with IT software such as Microsoft Office Package
• Amazing interpersonal skills
• Efficient and organised

The Role:

• Planning and booking engineers daily workload
• Completing and checking reports
• Liaising with clients
• Attending meetings
• Dealing with internal and external databases
• Carrying out any other administrative duties as required
