Key Responsibilities Carry out water temperature monitoring and recording. Complete flushing of little-used outlets. Assist with water sampling and basic water quality checks. Inspect water tanks, outlets, pipework and associated equipment. Support cleaning and disinfection works. Identify and report defects, leaks and potential compliance concerns. Assist with basic plumbing and water system maintenance. Maintain accurate records of all completed works. Work across multiple commercial buildings throughout London.
