Water Technician

Water TechnicianWe are recruiting for an experienced Water Technician to join a growing civil and environmental engineering consultancy delivering drainage, flood alleviation and sustainable water management projects.The successful Water Technician will work across a varied portfolio of public and private sector schemes, with particular involvement in sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), traditional drainage and flood risk projects.This position offers involvement throughout the complete project lifecycle, from initial feasibility and concept development through to detailed design and construction.Water Technician RoleAs a Water Technician, you will work alongside senior engineers and other members of the project team to develop technically robust and sustainable drainage solutions.Key responsibilities will include:Designing small-scale SuDS schemesSupporting larger flood alleviation projectsWorking on both public and private sector projectsSupporting projects from feasibility and concept through to detailed design and constructionDeveloping hydraulic modelsProducing civil engineering design packagesPreparing and reviewing technical drawingsLiaising with clients and project stakeholdersSupporting projects through the design and approval processWorking closely with senior engineersAssisting with the development of junior team membersManaging workloads across multiple projectsEnsuring work is completed in accordance with relevant technical and safety requirementsWater ..... full job details .....
