      <description>Location: Cumbria | Salary: 13.45-13.45 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Windermere Outdoor Adventure Watersports Instructor  Windermere Outdoor Adventure is looking for an experienced seasonal instructor to work at our beautiful site on the shore of Lake Windermere. We offer a mixture of school, youth group and holiday courses to children, as well as private sessions for children and adults. We cater to a very wide range of clientele and also run a hire centre alongside our tuition. Your role as a seasonal watersport instructor will be to lead groups independently on the lake, catering to the individual needs of each group, taking a lead role in the development of new sessions and expand our current client base. In addition to work as part of the hire centre team, hiring kayaks and Paddleboards to our customers. You will need to be good with people, and confident talking in front of large groups. You will be responsible for delivering excellence customer service and strong and accurate safety briefings. We have a strong grounding in Health and Safety for all our participants and staff, so a good working knowledge of health and safety and risk assessments is a bonus, though this will form the basis of your training with us.
