What you''ll be doing:

• Lead Water Resource Management Initiatives - Manage WINEP workstreams, develop Water Resource Management Plans and Drought Management Plans, and make technical decisions regarding water abstraction impacts and environmental improvement
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance - Coordinate regulatory submissions, manage abstraction license renewals, conduct compliance reporting, and maintain liaison with regulators and consultants in a regulated environment
• Assess Water Abstraction Impacts - Analyze complex technical modeling results, interpret water abstraction impact models, and assess environmental effects through detailed data analysis to inform operational decisions
• Collaborate Across Teams - Work with internal operations teams on data analysis and engagement activities, while managing relationships with external regulators and consultants to drive environmental programs forward
• Develop Technical Reports& Analysis - Generate comprehensive technical reports for regulatory submissions, translate modeling outcomes into actionable recommendations, and communicate complex environmental data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What we''re looking for:


Essential:

• Experience in water resources, environmental programmes and abstraction management
• Excellent data analysis and communication abilities
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management
• Strong communicator.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, including liaison with regulators and regulatory reporting.

Desirable:

• Degree or equivalent in Hydrology/Geology
• Degree in a relevant environmental or engineering subject
