You’ll work closely with Systems Optimisation Engineers, Leakage teams and other colleagues across the business, helping us maintain reliable water supplies, manage pressure and respond effectively when unexpected network issues arise. Please note this is a fixed term contract for up to 1 year. What you’ll be doing as a Water Operations Analyst Investigating pressure issues, customer complaints and network alarms, using data to understand problems and identify solutions. Supporting planned network isolations and optimisation projects. Assisting during unplanned and emergency events to minimise disruption to customers. Helping investigate longer-term network issues, including low pressure, low flows, resilience and network integrity. Making sure network activities follow the correct operational and risk-management procedures.
