JR300: Water Legionella Risk Assessor Location: EalingSalary: £39,400 - £43,400 Per AnnumOverview: First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Water / Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and reporting risks associated with water systems that could contribute to the growth and transmission of Legionella bacteria. This role ensures compliance with UK health and safety legislation and technical guidance, supporting the safe management of water systems across a varied property portfolio. Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct Legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems and communal water systems Inspect system components including storage tanks, calorifiers, TMVs, showers, pipework, expansion vessels, and dead legs Carry out temperature monitoring, water sampling, and system inspections as required Identify hazards and evaluate risks relating to system design, condition, and operation Produce system schematics and asset registers where necessary Provide clear recommendations for remedial actions and ongoing control measures Prepare detailed risk assessment reports including photographs, system descriptions, and risk ratings Ensure reports are submitted within agreed timeframes Maintain strong working relationships with clients, site staff, and stakeholders Support the development and improvement of water safety procedures ..... full job details .....
