The Role

As a Water Hygiene Technician, you''ll be responsible for carrying out a range of planned water hygiene duties across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector sites, ensuring clients remain compliant with current legislation and best practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Temperature monitoring and water sampling.
• Cleaning and disinfection of cold water storage tanks.
• Showerhead and TMV inspection, servicing, and descaling.
• Flushing of little-used outlets.
• Closed system testing (where applicable).
• Maintaining accurate site records and completing electronic reports.
• Advising customers on water hygiene compliance and remedial recommendations.
• Delivering excellent customer service while working safely and professionally.

About You

• Previous experience as a Water Hygiene Technician.
• A good understanding of water hygiene practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience carrying out routine monitoring and remedial works.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with Cooling Tower Cleans would be advantageous but not essential as training can and will be provided.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• A full UK driving licence.
