CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.We are recruiting a Water Hygiene Technician to join our team in Newcastle!Role SummaryCarry out routine monitoring of the water systems within the designated buildingsAssist technical on site team in carrying out maintenance and repair activitiesUndertake non-technical engineering maintenance tasksKeep plant and work areas clean and tidyCarry out PPMs on water systems to ensure complianceUndertake failsafe and servicing of TMV''sWorking closely with sub contractors to ensure works are to a high standardComputer literate with ability to work on CAFM system on tabletCarry out clean and disinfection of cold water storage tanks and associated plant The successful candidate will be working with the Site FM and other team members, in implementing the maintenance services. This includes planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in accordance with the building operating manuals, including site assistance with sub-contractors and in house labour for the delivery of compliance, contract service levels and the current regulations. This will be a static site role across 2 campuses comprising of 39+ buildings.HoursMonday - Friday.3 weeks 07:30 - 15:30 and 1 week of 09:30 - 18:00Overtime and weekend flexibility required.On-Call schedule available.Qualifications and ExperienceDemonstrate working experience of HSG274, Approved Code of Practice ..... full job details .....
