Key Responsibilities Carry out regular water temperature checks, flushing programmes, and water sampling activities Maintain accurate records of monitoring and compliance tasks across customer sites Assist with the cleaning and disinfection of hot and cold water systems and cooling systems Service and maintain shower heads and TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves) Identify faults and issues on-site and take corrective action where required Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and accurately Provide excellent customer service and bu...
