Full training is available for candidates with a plumbing background who are looking to move into the water hygiene industry.Key DutiesCarry out regular water temperature monitoring, flushing, sampling and water hygiene inspections.Maintain accurate records for customer properties, assets and water systems.Complete cleaning and disinfection of hot and cold water systems and cooling systems.Service, inspect and maintain Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) and shower heads.Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions to achieve first-time fixes.Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure work is completed efficiently.Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Escalate compliance concerns, risks and outstanding tasks in a timely manner.Ensure all work complies with current Legionella, water hygiene and Health and Safety ..... full job details .....
