Water Hygiene Surveyor

MMP Consultancy is seeking a water hygiene and Legionella risk management. The candidate will be responsible for large-scale water hygiene programme across a residential housing portfolio, primarily focused on blocks of flats and sheltered accommodation.This is a temporary ongoing position based in Richmond. The rate of pay will be dependent on the candidate''s level of experience.The programme involves the delivery of 300 water hygiene surveys, covering risk assessments, condition surveys, compliance audits, and actionable reporting.Responsibilities:Delivering water hygiene / Legionella risk assessmentsCompleting condition surveys across residential blocksAuditing compliance and identifying gapsProducing clear, prioritised action plans and recommendationsReviewing and refreshing water hygiene policies and management plans Requirements: Proven experience in water hygiene / Legionella surveyingA strong understanding of water safety legislation and ACOP L8Experience within housing, public sector, or residential portfoliosThe ability to work autonomously and manage high-volume ..... full job details .....
