Salary/Benefits: -28k - -38k + Training & Benefits

Due to continued company success, our client is seeking an experienced and hardworking Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer to join their company. You will be working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, public sector and local authority premises across the North West of England and other areas in the North when required. Applicants must hold strong hands-on experience with ACOP L8 compliance duties, and must hold a basic level of plumbing / remedial experience, plus an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing. Experience / Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer
• As a minimum, will hold the NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
• It would be advantageous to hold the G3 Unvented Ticket
• Good working knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines
• Flexible to travel as per company requirements
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

The Role:

• Completing pre-planned and reactive water hygiene and remedial works across client sites
• Showerhead descales
• TMV servicing and replacements
• Deadleg removals
• Inspections, cleans and disinfections of cold water storage tanks
• Pipework modifications
• Mains injections
• Water sampling
• Temperature monitoring
• Producing detailed technical reports
