An established and growing compliance services company is looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join its experienced team. You will visit client sites across the local area, carrying out a range of water hygiene and Legionella compliance duties in line with ACoP L8 and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out temperature monitoring of hot and cold-water systems.
• Undertake water sampling for microbiological analysis.
• Complete shower cleaning and descaling.
• Inspect cold water storage tanks, calorifiers and other water systems.
• Carry out TMV inspections and servicing.
• Identify and report potential compliance issues and provide recommendations.
• Complete accurate digital service reports following site visits.
• Liaise professionally with clients and site representatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience within water hygiene, Legionella or a similar compliance-based role.
• Strong knowledge of hot and cold-water systems.
• Understanding of ACoP L8 and Legionella compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage a field-based workload.
• Full UK driving licence.
