The successful candidate will be ideally based in the London area and will cover sites in the South East and London.

Package

Salary £26,000-£29,000 (depending on experience), In addition to your basic salary there are significant opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime is readily available40 hours per week - Monday to Friday23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. After 2 complete years'' continuous service with the Company you will be entitled to one extra day of holiday for every complete year of service thereafter, to a maximum of 25 days10 extra paid days leave for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers to attend their annual trainingCompany Uniform, Tablet and New tool kit and bagFully serviced company vehicle from our modern fleetState-of-the-art Training Centre providing in house, externally certified upskilling and training opportunitiesAnnual Pay Review processGeneral perks, benefits and discount offeringsEnhanced maternity and paternity payLife Insurance offered after 6-month service

Main Duties

Water SamplingTemperature monitoringDescaling of shower head and hosesTMV ServicingTank Cleans and inspectionsCleaning, disinfection and maintenance of the cooling towersEndoscopic inspection of calorifiersMains injection pipework chlorination works
