Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, they''re looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Engineer to support their expanding Birmingham operation.

The Role

You''ll be responsible for delivering Water Hygiene compliance services across a portfolio of commercial, industrial and public sector sites across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

Typical duties will include:

• Temperature monitoring

• Water sampling

• Cold water storage tank inspections

• Tank cleaning and disinfection

• TMV servicing and maintenance

• Showerhead cleaning and disinfection

• Calorifier inspections and blowdowns

• Flushing of little-used outlets

• Closed system monitoring

• Identifying compliance issues and reporting findings

• Completing electronic reports and site documentation

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer

• Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines

• Experience carrying out a range of Water Hygiene compliance duties

• Strong communication and customer-facing skills

• Good attention to detail

• Full UK driving licence
