Our commitment to doing business the right way is rooted in our TRUE values - Trust, Respect, Unity, and Empowerment About The Role: Working days: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30 Key Responsibilities: Water System Maintenance and Monitoring: Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and disinfection of hot and cold-water systems, including storage tanks, calorifiers, and associated pipework, in line with HSG274 Part 2 and L8 Approved Code of Practice (ACOP). Perform temperature checks on hot and cold-water systems to ensure compliance with recommended ranges (e.g., hot water above 50C, cold water below 20C) to minimize Legionella risk. Carry out water sampling, testing, and analysis for bacterial contamination, including Legionella, and interpret results to recommend remedial actions. Risk Assessments and Compliance: Assist in the completion of Legionella risk assessments for hot and cold-water systems, identifying potential hazards and implementing control measures as per HSG274 Part 2.
