Location: Croydon, London

Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) plus pension and 22 days holiday excluding statutory days

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Water Hygiene Administrator to join an established and growing business within the water hygiene and legionella sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to develop their career within the water hygiene, legionella and compliance industry.

You will play a key role in supporting engineers, clients and the wider operations team, ensuring work is scheduled, records are maintained and all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

The Role

• Scheduling and coordinating engineers'' daily workloads
• Booking site visits and appointments with clients
• Managing engineer diaries and workloads
• Raising and processing work orders
• Preparing and issuing job sheets and relevant documentation
• Updating client and asset records
• Producing and maintaining service reports
• Assisting with water hygiene and legionella compliance documentation
• Liaising with engineers, clients and subcontractors
• Raising quotations and assisting with invoicing where required
• Monitoring outstanding remedial works
• Providing general administrative support to the operations team

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience within water hygiene, legionella, facilities management, environmental services or a similar technical industry would be highly advantageous.
• Previous administration or coordination experience
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• The confidence to liaise with engineers, clients and internal teams
