• Manage aftersales servicing with a meticulous and client-focused approach
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and clients where required
• Maintain detailed service documentation in line with brand and warranty requirements

About You:

• Fully Rolex-accredited Watchmaker with up-to-date certification (essential)
• Proven experience within an authorised service centre or luxury retail environment
• Strong technical expertise across mechanical movements, fault diagnosis, and refinishing
• A genuine passion for horology and appreciation for heritage craftsmanship
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering best-in-class standards
• Professional communication skills, with the ability to engage a knowledgeable client base
