The Water Utilities Division is Mott MacDonald’s centre of excellence for responding to the UK and Ireland''s water and wastewater challenges. The work we do is at the forefront of ensuring safe water supplies for future generations, preventing urban flooding, and improving the health of our rivers and coastal environments. Our multi-disciplinary teams provide services throughout the full project life cycle, from advisory services and feasibility studies to outline and detailed design. We deliver best-in-class solutions to our clients while offering diverse and technically stimulating opportunities to our people.We have an exciting opportunity for a Wastewater Network Modeller to join our team of innovative and motivated modellers, engineers and project managers, delivering projects for both UK Water Companies and international clients. The ideal candidate would be a motivated and experienced graduate or early career professional who wants to progress their career, with a desire to evolve within Mott MacDonald and to develop their technical skills with a view to achieving chartership with an appropriate body.Candidate specification
EssentialQualified candidates should have a good working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM and GIS packagesRelevant degree qualifiedExperience in the UK Water SectorProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointGood communicator and able to enter into technical discussions in a logical and coherent fashion in both oral presentations and written reportsDesirableExperience working with FME, Power BI and/or programming skills in languages such as Ruby, VBA or Python would be advantageousUK Immigration
