Operatives Required for Specialist Waste Management Company - Northfleet Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist waste management company for 2 Operatives to join their team in Northfleet on a temp to perm basis. About the Role: 2 x Operatives neededShift patterns: 1 Operative - 5am to 3pm, 1 Operative - 9am to 7pm45 hours per week (including 1 hour unpaid lunch)£14.67 per hour pay rate12-week temporary to permanent contractOvertime available once permanent Requirements: Valid FLT (Forklift Truck) license essentialComfortable working in physically demanding, very hand-on so not just forklift work and prepared handle heavy (2 man lifts where applicable) and dirty products.Experience handling hazardous waste ideal, Garage Waste, oils batteries, filters etcMethodical approach with a strong focus on safety This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist waste management company with a clear pathway to permanent employment and career growth.
