These are full-time roles working 40 hours per week. Shift patterns are 7am-3pm or 12pm-8pm, Monday to Friday. Temp to perm opportunities are available for the right candidate. Overview: The role involves safely carrying out operations under prescribed working procedures to effectively collect, process, sort and manage customer waste. Main Duties: Ensure routine collection and disposal of waste from around site Safe use of forklift, pallet rider, van and other mobile plant Maintain good housekeeping and safe storage of all waste Assist in the segregation, packaging and labelling of waste Assist in the removal from site of all waste materials to reduce stock build up Monitor safety of operations and ensure team compliance with operating instructions Complete daily vehicle and equipment check sheets as required Liaise routinely with manager or supervisor on operational and safety aspects of work Essential Criteria: Valid forklift licence Current driving licence Previous experience with waste management preferred Ability to work on own and use initiat...
