This is a hands-on, field-based management role requiring regular travel between sites.  Key Responsibilities    Manage and support operational site teams, including HR processes, performance management, and staff development.   Deliver training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.   Ensure compliance with health &amp; safety procedures, environmental permits, and Waste Duty of Care legislation.   Monitor waste movement records, site documentation, and quality management processes.   Manage stock levels of PPE, equipment, fuel, and site consumables.
