The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient waste operations across Leicestershire. This is a hands-on operational management position, requiring regular travel between sites to support staff, maintain high standards, ensure compliance with environmental requirements, and help drive continuous improvement across waste services. The role will be primarily field-based, visiting RHWSs and WTSs daily, with limited opportunity for occasional home or office-based working.
