The successful candidate will be someone who has a manufacturing background, is flexible and happy to work independently. Role - Wash plant operative Pay - £13.45 per hour for day shift,£17.62 per hour for afternoon shifts and then £19.87 per hour for night shift Location- Holcim, Bardon Hill, Coalville LE67 1TD Shift pattern- For the first 1-2 months you will be training on the day shift Monday to Friday. Once your training is completed you will move onto afternoons and when competent to work alone on to the night shift.
