Wash plant operative

Are you an experienced Machine Operative with a good understanding of static plants and isolation procedures?Do you have a great eye for detail and fault finding? If you answered yes then Holcim are looking for someone just like you to join them as a Wash plant operative trialling a new project. The successful candidate will be someone who has a manufacturing background, is flexible and happy to work independently. Role - Wash plant operative Pay - 13.45 per hour for day shift, 17.62 per hour for afternoon shifts and then 19.87 per hour for night shiftLocation- Holcim, Bardon Hill, Coalville LE67 1TD Shift pattern- For the first 1-2 months you will be training on the day shift Monday to Friday. Once your training is completed you will move onto afternoons and when competent to work alone on to the night shift.Days - 05:30 - 14:00 Afternoons - 13:30 - 22:00 Nights - 21:00 - 06:30Duration- 6-12 months initially with the view to extend or offer a permanent position depending on performance Start date - ASAP (within 1-2 weeks) Responsibilities:Managing and maintaining the wash plant Basic fault findingMonitor product qualityCheck all production belts are working correctlyBasic housekeeping, cleaning and maintaining machinery and working areaCommunicating with internal and external contacts in a clear and efficient manner Experience needed:Prior experience in a manufacturing/production environmentPrevious experience as a machine operatorCapacity to operate with minimal ..... full job details .....
