Working across the three Warwickshire Place areas - South (Stratford and Warwick Districts), Rugby, and North (Nuneaton, Bedworth and North Warwickshire) - you''ll play a key role in building relationships and fostering collaboration with partners in health, social care and local government. This is an exciting opportunity to support a new way of working that focuses on delivering services closer to communities, at neighbourhood level, helping to shape better outcomes for local people.
