This role is responsible for managing the full warranty administration process, ensuring equipment registrations, warranty claims, recoveries and supporting documentation are completed accurately and in line with manufacturer requirements. Working closely with internal teams, dealers, customers, suppliers and OEM partners, the successful candidate will help maximise warranty recovery, improve processes and deliver excellent customer and dealer support throughout the equipment lifecycle.
