This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, customer service, administration, and regular use of a company van for local deliveries and collections.The successful candidate will be comfortable working across both warehouse and office environments while delivering excellent customer service and ensuring products are delivered safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse DutiesPicking, packing, and dispatching customer orders.Loading and unloading deliveries.Receiving and booking in stock.Conducting stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy.Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe.Assisting with general warehouse operations as required.Customer Service and AdministrationHandling customer enquiries via phone and email.Processing orders and updating internal systems.Providing customers with order updates and delivery information.Preparing delivery paperwork and documentation.General administrative support to the wider team.Van Driving DutiesDriving a company van to complete local deliveries and collections.Ensuring goods are transported safely and securely.Carrying out daily vehicle checks.Providing a professional and courteous service to customers.Assisting with ..... full job details .....
