About the Role

As a Warehouse/Stock Administrator based in Alvaston, you will manage stock receipts for inbound and outbound deliveries within a growing logistics operation. Key duties include accurate and timely logging of all receipts alongside the Warehouse Management team, planning daily workload schedules, and maintaining compliance with HM Customs & Excise requirements. You will also oversee controls for returned and damaged stock. Proficiency in stock control processes and strong time management skills are essential. This full-time role offers a salary of £12.71 to £13.10 per hour, with shifts across days (0600-1400) or afternoons (1400-2200). Immediate starts, overtime opportunities, and weekly or monthly pay options are available.

Available Shifts 
We have opportunities across 3 shift patterns:
 Days  0600-1400                     £476 per week
 Afternoons 1400-2200         £491 per week
Typical duties  

  • Managing stock receipts for inbound & outbound deliveries
  • Ensure logging of all receipts in timely and accurate manner alongside Warehouse Management team
  • Ability to plan daily workload plans and strong time management skills
  • Compliance to HM Customs & Excise requirements
  • Maintain controls for returned and damaged stock
  • Proficient PC skills; Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Manage various warehouse hygiene tasks
  • Build and hold positive relationships with peers and customers
  • Working independently while meeting performance expectations
  • Representing the business in a professional manner
  • Adhering to all health & safety regulations

Ideally you will have 
  • Previous  experience in similar warehouse style environment/duties
  • Knowledge of using warehouse systems such as SAP, LES, SAP PO2, GTS etc
  • Super organisational skills along with analytical problem solving
  • Experience of working to tight guidelines and an informed manner
