This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence who is looking to take on a senior operational role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.About the RoleAs a Warehouse/Senior Operator, you will support the safe and efficient running of warehouse operations, coordinating day-to-day activities while ensuring high standards of safety, quality, delivery, and performance are maintained.You will work closely with Team Leaders and warehouse colleagues, providing operational support, guidance, and cover where required.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate a Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck safely and efficientlyCoordinate daily warehouse activities to meet operational targetsReceive, store, move, pick, and dispatch goods accuratelyComplete stock checks and investigate discrepanciesGenerate pick lists and maintain warehouse documentationSupport production and dispatch operations to minimise disruptionAssist with training and supporting warehouse team membersPromote Health and Safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiativesProvide operational cover for Team Leaders when requiredEnsure warehouse standards, stock accuracy, and compliance procedures are maintainedWhat ..... full job details .....
