Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver

Shift Pattern
We run a consistent 28-day rolling shift pattern with both day and night shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am).

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Wednesday and Thursday
• Then it repeats - 14 working days every 28 days, giving you a mix of full rest days and extended breaks.

Salary ...

• -13.6815 Per Hour PAYE

Responsibilities:
You''ll play a key role in our warehouse team - keeping things moving, accurate, and safe. That includes:

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking and packing orders
• Use of pump trucks and forklifts
• Achieving daily KPI''s and rotating stock
• Keeping the warehouse safe and tidy, meeting required standards

Who We''re Looking For
We''re after reliable, hands-on people who are ready to get stuck in. You''ll need:

• Experience working in a warehouse environment
• The ability to safely lift and move goods - this is a physical job
• Confidence using a pump truck
• A forklift licence is desirable (if not already qualified, you will be trained after probation
• You must be 18 or over (for insurance purposes)
