Due to continued growth and transformation, we are looking for an experienced Despatch and Warehouse Manager to lead our Liverpool-based operation. The Role Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Despatch and Warehouse Manager will lead all warehouse, inventory, despatch, and customer logistics operations across the Liverpool site. This is a senior operational leadership role with responsibility for managing a large warehouse and logistics team, ensuring safe and compliant operations, and driving continuous improvement across inbound and outbound supply chain activities. A key focus of the role will be supporting the implementation and optimisation of a new WMS/ERP system, alongside maintaining high standards across export logistics, inventory accuracy, compliance, and customer service.
