This is a hands-on leadership role, focusing on the execution of daily operations, ensuring a fast, efficient, and disruption-free service while maintaining high-quality customer interactions. The role must ensure fast, efficient and customer centric operations while maintaining a safe and engaging work environment for colleagues. As a Warehouse + Transport Operations Manager you will be part of a tight knit team within a large branch environment. The role will involve an element of manual handling, as well as using relevant equipment to load and unload deliveries, to maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
