Warehouse & Transport Administrator

About the role

Our client is looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Transport Administrator to join their team in Magna Park, Milton Keynes. This is a mixed role, splitting time between warehouse duties in the morning and office-based admin work in the afternoon.
This role would suit someone practical, organised, and happy to combine physical work with basic administration.

Morning duties – Warehouse-based

• Manual handling and heavy lifting
• Locating and sorting parcels
• Moving cages within the warehouse
• General warehouse support duties
• Keeping the work area clean and safe

• Keying delivery and transport information into the system
• Handling basic driver queries
• Supporting the transport team with admin tasks
• Updating records and paperwork
• General office support as required

• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Basic IT skills and confidence using computer systems
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication skills
• Previous warehouse or admin experience beneficial but not essential

• Varied role with a mix of warehouse and office work
• Full training provided
• Friendly and supportive team environment
