You''ll work closely with our operational management teams across Waltham Cross, regional depots and subsidiary sites, delivering engaging, practical training that keeps our people safe, skilled, and confident. From MHE and safe systems of work to inductions and refresher training, you''ll play a key role in developing our colleagues and supporting operational excellence in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.What You''ll Be DoingDelivering Impactful Training: Lead MHE, safety, warehouse process and procedure training for new starters, existing colleagues, and agency staff, including cross-training, assessments, and refresher sessions to required industry and company standards.Supporting Regional Sites: Partner with regional depots and subsidiary companies to identify training needs and deliver on-site MHE training wherever possible.Planning and Coordinating Programmes: Work with management to schedule, communicate, and deliver training within agreed timescales that meet operational demands.Leading Engaging Inductions: ..... full job details .....
