We''re looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to take charge of day to day operations for a large team within our National Distribution Centre ensuring that operations are managed safely, efficiently and accurately. In this pivotal role, you''ll lead, coach and inspire a team of around 30 colleagues, as well as deputising for the Operations Manager when required to manage a team up to 120 colleagues. You''ll be at the heart of operations, driving performance, whilst fostering a culture of engagement, teamwork and continuous improvement. Shift & Salary Information: The shift pattern for the role is rotational between 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday, with no contractual weekend or bank holiday working.
