What we offer: Competitive salary up to £730 per week (£38,000 per annum) Permanent, full-time contract with flexible late shifts (6pm 2:30am Mon Thurs, 4pm 12:45am Fri) Career development and training opportunities Supportive and collaborative working environment Key responsibilities: Lead, motivate and develop a team of 30-38 warehouse operatives to meet KPIs Manage accurate inbound and outbound goods handling Maintain Health and Safety compliance across all shifts Support and deputise for the Warehouse Operations Manager as needed Drive continuous improvements in warehouse layout and processes What we re looking for: Proven experience managing teams in FMCG or logistics environments, preferably on late shifts Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Hands-on approach with attention to detail Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns Passionate about delivering premium service and driving team success Ready to take the next step?
