Warehouse Team Manager - NightsChepstow Up to 42,000 per annum (DOE) Permanent Full-TimeIntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Night Team Manager to join a leading national logistics operation based in Chepstow.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to take ownership of night shift operations, leading a team of operatives to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.Key DutiesLead, motivate, and support the warehouse team to achieve nightly operational targets.Manage the flow of goods in, order picking, and dispatch operations to maintain service excellence.Deliver effective team training, performance reviews, and ongoing development.Monitor performance and ensure all processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.Collaborate with transport, stock control, and customer service to maintain seamless operations.Maintain a safe working environment, promoting and enforcing best practice.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and productivity.RequirementsProven experience leading teams within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment (experience in foodservice or FMCG advantageous).Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and modern warehouse operations.Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and ..... full job details .....
