Warehouse Team Leader

Warehouse Team Leader 35,000 per annum. BS16 Pucklechurch, South Glos - Permanent position working 7am to 4.30pm, Mon to Fri. Benefits include 30 days holiday, Pension and On-site parking. The warehouse team leader is a new role within a growing organisation, offering good opportunities for career progression and the chance to make a real impact in overseeing the warehouse operations of a small team, ensuring the efficient, safe, and accurate management of daily activities. The role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can lead by example, driving high standards of performance, and continuous improvement to ensure on time and accurate dispatch for customers. A full UK driving licence is required for this role. Key Responsibilities for the warehouse team leader will involve:Provide positive leadership to the warehouse team, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company values.Oversee performance monitoring and productivity, including training and onboarding of any new staff.Coordinate and plan all warehouse activities to ensure goods are received and dispatched on time and in full (OTIF).Oversee accurate goods-in processes and maintain organised storage systems, including preparation for repacking and ongoing distribution.Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and processed accurately and within deadlines, meeting required quality standards.Manage storage and inventory systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date computerised stock records.Support the ..... full job details .....
